Mr. Gerke has been a management consultant since 1977. His consulting work has encompassed strategy planning, executive consultations, succession planning, profit improvement, and application of new technology. Gene has given several hundred presentations at business meetings, seminars and conventions. In addition to public speaking, he writes extensively. Gene's clients have included small businesses, start-up companies, family-owned firms, major trade associations, and several Fortune 500 companies. Gene has twice finished the Ozark 100 Triathlon, but now enjoys the more leisurely pace of golf.

Mr. Weston has a unique experience base of more than twenty-five years which makes him a valuable management consultant. His experience includes Industrial Engineering in manufacturing, owner / operator of a regional retail business and Sales and Marketing management for a consumer products company with international distribution. The latter two included full profit responsibility.

Joe understands the importance of performance standards and the need to develop plans for the results which will achieve those standards. His development of marketing plans has included the creation of multi-year sales projections and implementation plans, as well as management of a nationwide sales force and the introduction and positioning of new products. His recent consulting work has centered on customized benchmarking and Balance Scorecard analysis for small to medium size firms.

In his spare time, Joe likes to create black & white photographs in the darkroom and is a distance swimmer.

Mrs. Gerke began working at Gerke & Associates, Inc in 1977.  She left in 1983 to work full-time at home for the three Gerke children.  For 15 years Pat owned and operated deli/convenience stores near the MU Campus in Columbia.  She returned to work at Gerke & Associates as Office Administrator in August of 2006. Pat also enjoys working in the tasting room of a local winery where she educates the customers about the finer points of Missouri wine. 

Pat enjoys singing with the Sacred Heart Choir. The choir has produced two professional CDs and has twice performed at New York’s famed Carnegie Hall. She also enjoys designing her own greeting cards for friends and family and an occasional trip around the golf course with husband, Gene

Ms. Hagan has been working at Gerke & Associates since October 2006.  Kim has worked in the accounting field for the past 23 years.  Her experience in accounting is very diversified.  In the past she has worked with technology incubator clients as well as a contract staff leasing company which had over 3,000 employees in 30 different states.

In her free time Kim enjoys flower gardening, traveling to warm beach locations and playing cards with her cats.  She also enjoys tennis, walking and a competitve game of croquet or pool.  Her goal in life is to become the oldest living Zeta pledge and to swim with the dolphins in Mexico.
